This showreel shows the viewers the job as an editor, its editor and creator done an exceptional job in making this showreel due to it being very hard to make and its showing the viewers a lot of detail about the job and its good at keeping the viewers engaged to the video because of its amazing technical creation. In this, the editor represents shapes as a way to show how an editor edits its videos, so as seen a square is used to show an editor has to 'snip' 'trim' 'cut' videos to create a perfect video, most of this showreel is animation because there's a lot of movement and effects, i would believe they used cinema 4d and after effects to create this. The editors used text/graphics and sound really effectively to get the message across to the viewer, The sound that we could hear is  relaxing background music that is really synced well to the graphics and text, this music also keeps the viewers engaged to the video as its very relaxing and it still gets the message across to them.
